- Android applications published by Arrow Games, including Vector Clear 3D and other current or future apps released under the same developer account (collectively, the “Apps”); and
- the website operated by Arrow Games at https://arrowsgames.io (the “Website”).

This Privacy Policy is provided by Arrow Games.
Unless a specific App states otherwise in writing, the practices described in this Privacy Policy apply to all Apps covered by this policy and to the Website.

We do not provide user accounts, subscriptions, newsletters, or email sign-up features for the Apps or the Website. We also do not offer payments, checkout, billing, in-app purchases, or other paid transactions, and we do not collect payment card numbers, bank account details, or similar financial information. We do not ask you to submit a name, email address, password, or similar registration details in order to use the Apps or the Website.
The information described below is limited technical, advertising, and analytics data collected automatically through the Apps, the Website, and our service providers (including Google).

We do not sell personal information. We also do not operate account, payment, subscription, in-app purchase, or email-collection features that would create a personal profile for marketing or billing purposes.

Where required by applicable law, such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards offered by those providers and/or applicable legal mechanisms.

Because we do not offer user accounts, payments, or email subscriptions, we do not maintain personal user profiles or payment records for players.
Advertising identifiers, analytics data, cookies, logs, and similar technical information may be retained by us and/or our partners for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including security, fraud prevention, measurement, debugging, and legal compliance, or for the periods set out in the partners’ own policies and your device or browser settings.

12. Children’s Privacy
The Apps and the Website are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us, and we will take appropriate steps.
